WebApr 13, 2011 · My answer was that the program WAS in fact coming up , but offscreen. The fix was to right click the preview screen, select "restore", then put the mouse on the thumbnail so the preview screen appeared, then press Alt+spacebar M, then hold down the left cursur key for a few seconds to moce the offscreen program back onscreen.
