WebDelphi was never under the jurisdiction of the FBI because, as callous as this may sound, it appeared to be just a regular murder. If you believe the official story, it was just a stroke of dumb luck the FBI was even involved. I think it’s dangerous and unhelpful to to compare a murder of two girls in a park to a terrorist attack.
