WebJun 2, 2024 · The factory inverters are under the rear passenger side seat and covered with a plastic covering. Doesn’t appear to have an issue with airflow. It is located just behind the factory fold up storage compartment. I would definitely use an aftermarket inverter. The factory inverter is terrible. From there I ran outdoor extension cord from the outlets on the inverter to, two separate single-gang boxes.
