Web28 ian. 2013 · The banks uses a Y pipe and is a single 3" to the muffler. The muffler is SI/SO. but the newer exhaust is much better than the older style. Just a muffler swap is fine for a good note, and less restrictive muffler. OP your gonna be fine with a muffler swap. IMHO magnaflows sound like crap and there are a lot better options out there.

He removed the stock muff at the junction, cut it at the over the axle bend, and welded it all in. I kept the OEM for later or for 'just in case'. it's ez to retro back to stock if I ever want to.
